Complete the form and then be sure to click the ‘Cancel Membership’ button. You can also call SmartSavingsCenter to cancel anytime by calling toll-free 800-511-6538.

If you choose to discontinue during the trial period, simply call to cancel before your trial ends and you'll not be charged the monthly fee. There is no obligation to continue.
