In accordance with the terms of the offer, you authorize SmartSavingsCenter to initiate your membership and to charge your credit card according to the terms described; and you consent to receiving electronic disclosures associated with your membership at the email address provided during enrollment, or as updated from time to time by you at http://www.smartsavingscenter.com.
1. Terms of Offer. Take advantage of discounts free for 7 days. After the free trial period, all your SmartSavingsCenter benefits will automatically continue at the low monthly fees. SmartSavingsCenter will automatically bill to the contact and credit or debit card information you have authorized.
We reserve the right to change membership fees by posting such fee changes at http://www.smartsavingscenter.com prior to the change taking effect. Your monthly fee will appear on your card statement as billed by SmartSavingsCenter. If you are not satisfied with the service you can cancel online anytime by simply contacting Member Services at 1-800-511-6538. Upon cancellation, your membership including all benefits and access to our site will cease. To review privacy policy, click on the links at the bottom of this page.
2. Consent to Receive Electronic Disclosure. You consent that SmartSavingsCenter may provide you with required notices, benefits and other membership information through electronic disclosure via email and postings on our website, or at the email address provided at the time of sign up (or as amended at our website by you from time to time). SmartSavingsCenter is available only if you agree to receive these electronic disclosures. You may withdraw this consent by canceling the service at any time online or by contacting Member Services at 1-800-511-6538. You can request a printed copy of any of your membership information free of charge by contacting Member Services.
3. LIMITATIONS. CUSTOMERS ASSUME ALL RESPONSIBILITY AND RISK FOR THE USE OF THIS WEBSITE AND THE SERVICES AND OFFERS PROVIDED HEREIN. 5. General. You and SmartSavingsCenter agree
a. the substantive laws of the state of Florida, without reference to its principles of conflicts of laws, will be applied to govern, construe and enforce all of the rights and duties of the parties arising from or relating in any way to the subject matter of this Agreement;
b. CONSENT TO THE EXCLUSIVE PERSONAL JURISDICTION OF AND VENUE IN A COURT LOCATED IN PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA, FOR ANY SUITS OR CAUSES OF ACTION CONNECTED IN ANY WAY, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, TO THE SUBJECT MATTER OF THIS AGREEMENT OR TO THIS WEBSITE;
c. except as otherwise required by law, any cause of action or claim you may have with respect to this website must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises or such claim or cause of action is barred;
d. if any portion of these Terms of Service is ruled invalid or otherwise unenforceable, it shall be deemed amended in order to achieve as closely as possible the same effect as originally drafted;
